National Account Executive

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a National Account Executive, to join an incredibly talented team and support the Head of Sales in the London HQ.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a commercially minded individual to support the Head of Sales in this customer-focused analytical opportunity. You will be responsible for various tasks, such as overseeing the daily administration of the likes of Boots, Sephora & ASOS and partnering with existing ones.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Commercial Director with implementing the negotiated Sales Plan with customer, ensuring all relevant documents are submitted.
* Report brand weekly sales, identifying key areas of growth and opportunities. including FSDU/second placement analysis and any other overlaying activity.
* Full ownership of product data set up and maintenance.
* Supporting the sales leads with PO creation and management
* Implement and maintain an efficient documentation/filing system.
* Lead the administration of managing retailer and vendor contracts.
* Coordinate the efficient ordering of GWPs and Product Samples as budgeted
Requirements:
* Educated to Bachelor (or equivalent) Degree Level
* Excellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analysing data
* 1 or more years sales administration experience, preferably within the beauty industry ideally supporting a quality consumer beauty or FMCG brand store or high street retailer such as Boots
* Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities with speed
* Experience with driving alignment, collaboration and deadlines across larger cross functional teams
* Strong communication, proactive and ambitious, with a drive to continually improve
* Proficient in remaining Microsoft applications, including Office and PowerPoint
