Are you ready to kick-start your career in sales and account management? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Account Manager. In this role, you have the support of a well-established and experienced sales team and will play a crucial part in managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role is based in our Dalbeattie office, our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The base salary for the role is £24,960 with OTE £30,000 (uncapped).
Main responsibilities of the role include:
* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of accounts to ensure continued growth and satisfaction.
* Deliver technically proficient and commercially robust quote offerings tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the commercial landscape, utilising gathered insights to capitalise on sales opportunities effectively.
* Proactively identify and capitalise on new opportunities within our existing customer base to drive revenue growth.
* Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline within our CRM system, enabling accurate tracking of progress and timely follow-ups.
* Enhance your expertise by staying abreast of industry trends and product developments through continuous research and learning initiatives.
Your skills & qualities:
* Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
* Successful sales track record, meeting or exceeding KPIs.
* Outgoing and ambitious with strong interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with IT equipment or willingness to learn.
* Proficient in MS packages, eager to stay updated on technology.
* Comfortable on the phone in an open office setting.
* Effective under pressure, skilled in task prioritisation and problem-solving.
