We are currently looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work in our Kingston office on established, expanding desks, within highly profitable teams.
We offer an excellent training program and lots of support. We operate a mentoring system, working closely with experienced consultants. In addition to on-the-job training, we also offer external training and the opportunity to work towards professional qualifications within the industry.
We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with either previous recruitment or sales experience. A confident phone manner and an interest in the built environment would also be beneficial.
Duties
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Review candidate applications, manage the interview process, and obtain client/candidate feedback following interviews.
* Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates.
* Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract business from existing and prospective clients.
* Develop a good understanding of your target clients through meetings, telephone calls, email, and market research.
* Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts within a range of media.
* Draft CVs, produce job descriptions, and advertise vacancies.
* Adhere to company processes, especially legal and financial control.
