As Clinic Supervisor, you are a key member of the Clinic team, responsible for supporting the overall success and culture of the clinic, leading and motivating a team of reception staff to deliver excellent service for patients, colleagues and doctors. You will assist the Practice Manager in supporting and engaging your team in running the Clinic’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth patient journey. This is a hands-on role and will include running the reception at times to suit the business’ needs.
