The post holder will: Promote and improve independence of adults in the community by provision of equipment and adaptations, moving with dignity, and interventions. Provide person-centred Occupational Therapy interventions to prevent, reduce and delay the need for formal care & support services Have excellent interpersonal skills Be able to work alone and within a team Be able to organise and prioritise workload and balance this with conflicting demands of the role We welcome applicants who are newly qualified or returning to practice. We have a robust preceptorship scheme which supports accelerated progression within your grade. In addition, we have progression routes from a grade 8 to 9 which support staff to develop clinical expertise and leadership skills, and this can be discussed on commencing the role.
