Operational Support Officer - 22.5 hours per week (Carlisle or Whitehaven)

Our core Occupational Health Team are key to this agenda. The team have responsibility for new starter health screening, risk assessments, vaccination and immunisations, advising on fitness to work and promoting all areas of staff wellbeing. The team are based over two sites, with departments at both West Cumberland Hospital and the Cumberland Infirmary.
This role will provide support to the implementation of Occupational Health and Wellbeing systems and projects as required. This includes project support and coordination, high quality data input, analysis and reporting, and working alongside the Admin Team Lead to support the Operational Service Lead.
Main Duties of the Job
* Provide day to day system and project support in the department and ensure appropriate investigation of any errors or problems with reporting or governance systems.
* Maintain high quality data and reports from the Occupational Health and Wellbeing systems.
* Produce accurate and timely Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Trust meetings, General Management, Finance and other relevant parties.
* Support the Operational Lead to manage the implementation of new systems with all stakeholders and ensure effective communication, ensuring potential blocks and difficulties are communicated to the Operational Lead.
* Support the Operational Lead to implement an effective system of data collection to evaluate and measure benefits of the service and share with managers and teams across the Trust.
