Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for the next step up in your career?
We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work for our well-established and market-leading client based in Hinckley. You will provide bespoke HR documentation support, looking after a wide range of industries by setting up their company policies, contracts, and handbooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation as well as first-class customer service skills.
This is a full-time permanent HR Administrator position, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives, and a day off on your birthday!
Responsibilities
1. Drafting employment documentation for clients
2. Servicing clients in a timely and efficient manner
3. Guiding clients with all employment law/HR enquiries (via VC, phone, email)
4. Building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction
5. Ensuring you are up to date with legislation changes
Person Specification
