ROLE: CREATIVE STRATEGIST

Public Nectar specialises in paid advertising, performance creatives, and email marketing, utilising their expertise to help clients achieve exceptional results. With a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start-ups to national brands, you'll be working on a variety of exciting projects.
The Position We're Looking to Fill
As a Full-Time Creative Strategist at Public Nectar, you will play a key role in developing and executing creative strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and growth for our clients. You will be part of a team of 21 that is committed to continuous improvement, sharing expertise, and delivering data-driven results. You'll also have significant opportunities for professional development within our fast-growing agency.
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Developing performance-driven strategies for creatives that help our clients meet their business objectives, using data and insights to guide your decision-making
* Developing creative testing roadmaps based around core client KPIs and audience research
* Deep diving into client reviews and social platforms to pull out key:
o Product/company value propositions
o Customer pain points
o Desired outcomes
o Purchase prompts
o Misconceptions & objections
* On the back of the above research, developing informed messaging strategies to utilise within creative
* Briefing creative iterations & new concepts to designers based on creative roadmaps and insight drawn from creative reporting
* Closely collaborating with Paid Social Specialists and other creators to brainstorm new ideas and receive feedback on the performance of your creative, allowing you to continuously optimise strategy
* Managing multiple projects for different brands simultaneously, delivering quality strategy & briefing documents on time and with attention to detail, ensuring that all clients' needs are met
* Actively participating in team meetings, bringing unique perspectives to the table to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to design
* Continuously experimenting with new ideas and strategies to create better results for clients
* You must constantly be aware of upcoming trends on social platforms and up-to-date with potential new content angles
* You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver UGC content consistently for each client account.. You will be working closely with creators to ensure the UGC content created is of a high and commercially viable quality. Strong organisation and consistency is key
* Be confident in leading content and creative strategy across social platforms
* Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing
* Understands clients' business and the KPIs.
* An understanding of how to effectively feedback creators to develop and improve their UGC creative

The Right Person for the Job
* You have at least 2 years of experience working within media buying/creative, ideally within an agency setting
* You have strong expertise working with reporting on creative
* Have a strong knowledge on key storytelling creative reporting metrics such as hook/hold/100% video play rate
* You have experience in briefing creatives across multiple platforms based around key creative reporting metrics
* You are comfortable adopting/implementing creative systems
* You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem that's thrown at you
* You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
* You are organised and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
* You are a self-starter and able to motivate yourself without others
* Ability to conduct in-depth research and strong pattern recognition
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Ability to understand human psychology, sociology & why people buy things
* Leadership & team management experience is a bonus
