Key responsibilities include: Supporting line managers with employee relations, performance reviews, and people management skills Driving strategies for workforce planning and talent development Promoting a positive workplace culture and boosting employee engagement Leading and supporting organisational changes, including restructuring initiatives What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in employee relations and operational HR processes Solid generalist HR knowledge Strong communication and organisational skills Sector experience in professional or financial services (preferred) CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is desirable This is an exciting role for an HR professional ready to make an impact in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
