Working Hours: 35 hours per week, full time including evenings and weekends Salary: £22,932 25 days holiday bank holiday 4x Life Insurance Free Car Park Subsidised Costa Coffee Pension Scheme Receptionist Responsibilities: Provide first-class receptionist services, welcoming all guests on arrival and providing directions Notify internal departments on the arrival of visitors, ensuring guests are checked in and out Operate the switchboard, receiving and directing calls as appropriate Act as the first point of contact, handling all general telephone and in-person enquiries Support with all day-to-day administration tasks, as required Handle all administration tasks relating to the pool car and memorabilia bookings Manage the email inbox and incoming post, directing and acknowledging messages and forwarding to the appropriate department Maintain the internal database of employees, ensuring all details are up-to-date Meet and greet all VIPs, players and hospitality customers on match days Receptionist Skills and Experience: Prior experience gained in a bustling Receptionist role with strong administration skills and the ability to work autonomously Polite and professional in your approach, able to quickly resolve challenges and forge lasting relationships that deliver a memorable experience Superb communication skills, confident liaising at all levels and can articulate yourself clearly and concisely Good organisation skills, able to effectively prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Outlook, Teams and Word Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the venue's events
