Description
As we are constantly growing, our team needs a new Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the UK. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, new products and services
* Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads online and offline
* Managing the full sales cycle
* Attend events and coordinate with clients
* Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
* Maintaining and developing relationships with current customers
* Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and online chats, supporting the wider team as needed
* Process orders, quotes, and other customer requests efficiently
* Identify opportunities to upsell and expand account growth
* Conduct audits and business reviews during visits to key customers and prospects as needed
