You will be an essential part of our team, acting as the lynchpin between our Senior Management, Field and Office teams. You will have exceptional people leadership and communication skills to support and coach our fantastic team of CareGivers. Competitive salary - £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience Work with a CQC rated "Outstanding" service provider 20 Days holiday Bank Holidays Pension scheme Clear career progression pathway Your main duties and responsibilities To assist with ensuring outstanding compliance across the business and to support the business in maintaining an Outstanding rating in CQC inspections Plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures and approved practice Support with conducting client assessments and reviews as required To recruit, retain and effectively supervise the staff team Deputise for the Registered Manager as and when required Deliver hands on care as and when required and participate in the on-call rota What qualifications and experience do you need? IT literate, able to confidently create reports, proficient use of Excel as well as other Office 365 products Hold a QCF Level 3 in Adult Care Hold, or be prepared to be enrolled in the QCF Level 5 Leader in Adult Care. Strong understanding of CQC assessment criteria Management experience of service provision in the care industry Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively A compassionate approach towards elderly and complex care, demonstrating empathy and respect. Reliability and commitment to delivering best practice Excellent attention to detail Must hold UK/ EU driving licence, have daily use of a car with business use insurance.
