Job Title: Sales Engineer (Fabrication)
Location: Brownhills (WS8)
Salary: Around £40,000 per year (dependent on experience) + generous commission package, profit share, and company car
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
Hunters 4 Staff are searching for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. As a family-run machining and fabrication business established in 2006, they are experiencing another phase of growth and seek a driven salesperson to support this expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background within the fabrication industry. This is a new business role focused on driving sales through phone calls, client visits, marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events. You will be responsible for creating and managing sales pipelines, generating leads, and achieving agreed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation through proactive outreach
* Conducting sales calls and client meetings
* Developing and managing sales pipelines
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Liaising with internal teams to support business growth
* Attending industry events to expand business networks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience within the fabrication industry
* Strong background in lead generation and pipeline management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
