Annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus bonus Opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a reputable home The Role: The Registered Manager will: Oversee the daily operations of a 3-bed home for children aged 8 to 18 with learning disabilities. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards of care. Lead and support a team, including a Deputy Manager, to deliver exceptional care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Foster a safe and nurturing environment for both staff and residents. Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support. Manage budgets and resources effectively. The Candidate: The ideal Registered Manager will have: A passion for supporting children and young people. Previous registration as a manager, or strong experience as a Deputy Manager. Positive leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards. Our client operates seven children's homes across the West Midlands, specialising in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, and autism.
