Business Development Manager / Account Manager / Field Sales - Kent - Global Luxury Brand We are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury health, hair and beauty brand, who you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they employ over 40,000 people worldwide, turnover around $20 billion and have been established for over 100 years. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for people with a field-based sales experience and a consultative approach. Role: You will be responsible for - Managing an account base of around 60-70 spending accounts New business and developing a number of warm accounts also on territory Consultative sales approach working to grow your existing accounts Managing your own diary/territory Selling a range of market leading products and acting as a business partner to your accounts Candidate: The ideal candidate will - Have a minimum of 1 years’ field sales experience History of account management and new business (ideally business to business) Have a stable sales background Someone who is structured in their approach to help build and develop accounts Live on/near the area (Kent or surrounding area) Good at building relationships Package: Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 (based on level of experience) Bonus: up to £45k - paid MONTHLY - current OTE £20-25k Company car (fully expensed) or Car Allowance Phone and laptop Pension Private healthcare 25 days holiday bank holidays Plus a number of corporate benefits
