Timber Windows has a UK wide network of 50 beautifully appointed showrooms providing a unique experience for customer seeking replacement timber windows and doors. Dale Joinery supplies its products through discerning developers, self-builders and builders merchant seeking a quality product to complement their building projects.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Customer Service Coordinator to be based in our office in Tiptree, Essex.
The Customer Service Coordinator will be to support the day-to-day administration of the Service Department ensuring that an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained. PWG and its brand stand for high quality products, service levels and customer experience
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Work within a team to undertake the duties of administration and co-ordination of the Customer Services Department activities.
* Deal with online service requests from our installer network and customer base through our purpose-built system.
* Identify the issue and find a suitable resolution. Utilising both internal and external support.
* Answer telephone calls, obtaining the maximum amount of information possible from the customers and deal directly with those queries wherever possible.
* Maintain records and databases in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
* Review and action any requirements from the engineers site reports.
* Book appointments/site visits with customers/engineers.
* Work alongside other departments when required.
* Provide ad hoc cover for other roles depending on the needs of the business.
Qualities and experience to include:
* Administrative experience essential.
* Experience in a customer service or client-facing role (experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage).
* Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, or materials is a plus
* Highly proficient in the use of IT software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Adobe preferable.
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
* Ability to overcome ‘objections and work under demanding customer requests.
* Enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated.
