Demolition Worker (CAT B)
Job Summary:
Join our client's team as a Demolition Worker and be part of a dynamic company specialising in demolition projects. As a Demolition Worker, you will play a crucial role in executing demolition tasks efficiently and safely. This position offers the opportunity to work on various demolition projects across different locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform demolition tasks using a variety of tools including power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment.
2. Execute demolition projects according to project plans and specifications.
3. Safely demolish structures such as roofs, walls, and floors.
4. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
5. Collaborate with team members to complete projects within set deadlines.
6. Assist in cleaning up debris and maintaining a tidy work area.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in demolition work or related field is preferred.
2. Proficiency in using power tools, masonry tools, hand tools, and other equipment.
3. Knowledge of basic construction principles such as plumbing, painting, welding, electrical work, carpentry, and fabrication.
4. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
6. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
