Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Tudor team here in Walsall.
Duties will include:
Using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates
Reviewing CV’s, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assessing candidate suitability for specific roles
Assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and preferences
Writing and posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
Maintaining and updating the recruitment database with candidate and client information
Conducting research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities
Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and maintaining records
Business development and sales would play a large part of this role
The ideal candidate:
Commercial division knowledge would be advantageous
Good use of all Microsoft Packages including Excel
Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal oriented
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry trends
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
