Detailed Job Description:
1. At least 7 to 8 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
2. Excellent analytical skills
3. Basic SQL knowledge
4. OAS/RAML knowledge
5. Understanding of APIs
6. Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Visio and other design tools
7. Great communication skills
8. Designing new systems and frameworks to suit the organization’s needs, as well as creating manuals to accompany these new systems and frameworks
9. Running training sessions and workshops on updated systems and frameworks
10. Troubleshooting technical issues while collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT team to resolve issues
11. Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
12. Enhancing computer and software systems for the company
13. Review and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's current system
14. Improve software designs based on user demand
15. Stay within budget when implementing the system
16. Create analysis reports to convince management on the cost benefits of proposed upgrades
17. Assist the IT team in implementing approved new systems
18. Ensure new systems are working efficiently through analysis and troubleshooting
19. Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance during design and analysis
