What can I expect?
Working in our Supplier Quality Management Team, your role will include:
* Ensuring the quality of delivered parts meets requirements and working with suppliers to resolve complaints.
* Investigating and resolving issues quickly, working cross-functionally using 4D/8D methodologies.
* Building relationships with internal customers and external suppliers for effective communication.
* Collaborating with warehouse teams to deliver quality products to production areas.
* Using IT platforms to examine stock, identify suspect stock, segregate, reject, and monitor it.
* Supporting Factory Quality Engineers with supplier-related escalation topics.
* Working with Material Control and Commercial teams on suspect/reject parts to clarify stock status.
* Recognizing factors influencing product and service performance, including legislation, customer requirements, and sustainability considerations.
* Understanding how contractual and commercial quality requirements impact performance objectives.
Please note: Shift work will be required during most of the program.

Minimum educational requirements:
Level 3: Achieved or on track to achieve at least 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above, including Maths and English.
Level 4: Achieved or on track to achieve three A-levels (grade C or above), a BTEC, or equivalent, with at least one subject in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
