The successful candidate will support the Payroll Manager in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees across multiple countries (UK, ROI, Germany, US and the Philippines). This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and processing of bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees across UK, ROI, Philippines and European payrolls, across our entities. Update payroll records by entering advised changes in each payroll period Resolve any payroll discrepancies by liaising with employees and line managers Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential Payroll Calculation & Processing: Assist in the processing and calculation of payroll across multiple countries, each with unique payroll cycles such as monthly, bi-weekly and bi-monthly. Ensure that all payroll deadlines and requirements are met successfully and consistently Pension Data Submission: Submit precise and punctual submission of monthly pension contributions to the provider’s portal in compliance with company guidelines. Maintain a punctual submission schedule to support a seamless pension management Perform other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager What are we looking for? Proven UK payroll experience, ideally experience managing payroll across multiple countries High volume payroll experience, managing payroll for a company of 250 employees Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy Ability to work under pressure and delivery to deadlines A positive, can-do attitude Ability to work as part of a team but also with a high degree of autonomy Nice to haves: Global payroll experience Experience creating new UK PAYE schemes and/or pension schemes Even if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
