What to expect:
As the Maintenance Technician, you will work with the maintenance team to plan, coordinate, execute, and document all aspects of the company maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime of production and facilities equipment. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled and documenting, as well as working with the Purchasing Manager to maintain a proper spare parts inventory.
Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 / Year

What you will get to do:
* Work with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans and requirements for all manufacturing equipment, fixturing, tooling, and facilities equipment.
* Coordinate with outside vendors contracted to tasks, monitoring for safety and quality.
* Execute requirements of the company safety program and act as an active member of the safety team.
* Perform scheduled facilities inspections and document as needed.
* Assist in developing maintenance budget for the upcoming year.
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Mid-Level Experience
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Previous mechanical / industrial maintenance experience
* Must have experience in manufacturing automation and robotics.
* Experience in electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and PLC controller work.
* Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills.
* Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height.
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
