Job summary The Estates & Facilities 'Business Services' department, are looking to recruit an experienced administrator who is keen to work across Aintree, Royal and Broadgreen sites. Business Services cover administration, helpdesk, receptions, general office and switchboard. This role of administrator is to support a wider team in the processing of Purchase Orders, delivery notes and invoices. The team deal with over 500 invoices per week and are part of a centralised team working within Estates & Facilities. The postholder will use outlook, excel and specific trust systems on a daily basis. Communication will be verbal, written, in person, via teams, email and telephone. The postholder will work with a range of peers and managers to raise PO's, receipt orders and process invoices for payment.
