The Opportunity
We're seeking creative early career consultants to join our dynamic IT Service Management (ITSM) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in consulting, working on diverse projects that drive digital transformation for our clients. The ideal candidate shall have Service Management, Service Delivery and Service Transition experience. The role involves building trusted client relationships, understanding their business problems and value streams, and creating innovative solutions to improve customer outcomes. About the Role - Junior ITSM Consultant
As a Junior ITSM Consultant, you'll support our clients in optimizing their IT service delivery and management processes. You'll work alongside experienced consultants, gaining hands-on experience with industry leading ITSM frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support service management, service delivery and service transition activities
2. Support the wider team with other client engagements and value proposition activities
3. Data analysis and reporting
4. Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders to inform service management strategies
5. Assist in the creation of new process documentation and standard operating procedures
6. Support the implementation of ITSM frameworks like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
7. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, internal and external vendors
8. Provide support for service management projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
9. Assist in project documentation and tracking progress against milestones
10. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to service management
11. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven Service Management, Service Delivery and Service Transition experience
2. ITIL and Service Management processes and Tooling
3. Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
4. A willingness to learn and progress
5. Commitment to providing excellent service to clients
6. Confident working directly with a senior leadership team in a client advisory role
7. Consultative skills including the ability to ask open engaging questions at all levels
8. Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand business issues and develop creative solutions
9. Client facing workshop facilitation experience and strong presentation skills
10. Internal and external stakeholder engagement
11. Articulate and fluency in English
12. Ideal candidate would be SC & NPPV2 cleared or have the capability to obtain these
13. Understanding of ITIL principles and processes. ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
14. Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms
15. Strong writing skills for creating documentation, reports, and training materials
16. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
17. Insight collection & analysis including interviews, focus groups and surveys
18. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain a security clearance at SC level.

Location and Travel:
This role is primarily UK-based with a mix of remote work and on-site client engagements. Some domestic travel may be required (typically 1-2 days per week), with occasional international travel opportunities as you progress in your career.
