1. Prioritise daily work load in order to meet the requirements and deadlines of sites.
2. Liaise with site managers, contract managers and project managers on a daily basis.
3. Sourcing the best product and price for all the sites' material and plant hire requirements.
4. Placing orders, both one-off and bulk orders.
5. Sending specifications out for tender and negotiating for the most competitive price, meeting all site requirements, including scheduled deliveries until the completion of the order.
6. Liaise with suppliers regarding future projects and gauge the lead time required for specific materials to meet site deadlines.
7. Attend site project meetings.
8. Work alongside commercial teams for value engineering and overall costing.
9. Report to the Commercial Manager.
