Job Title: Contracts Manager
Department: Industrial Dust Extraction Division
Reporting to: General Manager Industrial Dust Extraction Division
Our client is currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team. Your primary role will be to implement and orchestrate the installation of orders into industrial extraction companies, building and maintaining strong relationships with new/existing customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will share our core values while demonstrating the required qualifications and experience needed.

Our Client is a well-established company with offices based in Warrington, Sheffield, and Paisley. Our products and services vary from the manufacture & supply of Gas Safety Systems to the install and servicing of Educational D&T workshops along with Industrial Dust & Fume Extraction Systems. We are also renowned for our client's manufactured hot metal & foundry equipment.

About the Role:
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Responsible for implementing all systems contracts in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Build & maintain relationships with customers and system suppliers.
3. Develop a list of approved suppliers to enable efficient purchasing across the group.
4. Responsibilities for revenue and profitability from all systems contracts.
5. Understanding the importance of cash flow and profitability.
6. Standardisation of contracts documentation.
7. Standardisation of processes and reporting.
8. Look at training and development.
9. Work with the sales team to ensure cohesion between sales and contracts.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Previous Contract Engineering experience.
2. Engineering background and industry experience.
3. P601 & P602 qualifications would be a benefit but not essential.
4. AutoCAD Experience 2D.
5. Conversant with MS Office Programs.
6. Understanding the importance of cash flow and profitability.
7. The ability to explain processes and ideas.
8. Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to meet deadlines.
11. Excellent communication skills.
Benefits, Salary & Other:
Salary will be based on experience. Working hours will be approximately 37.5 hours per week with a flexible start/finish. This is primarily an office and site-based role. Occasional remote working is optional; however, it is important to maintain a presence in our offices at Warrington to build on and maintain our client's team ethics. A company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, printer, PPE, etc. will be provided to allow you to fulfil your duties effectively.
