PGT Programmes Officer
School of Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH)
Part-time ( FTE), open-ended contract
We are seeking a dynamic individual committed to providing an excellent student experience and able to deliver front-line implementation of School and University policies.
You will be one half of a full-time post supervising a small team that is responsible for providing effective administrative support to the full suite of SSH postgraduate taught (PGT) programmes.
Together with the other FTE PGT Programmes Officer, you will oversee all matters associated with PGT student and programme administration and support the annual cycle of events in the academic year.
This is a varied and diverse role. The ideal candidate will have a strong programme administrative background in Higher Education, and an understanding of administrative systems and processes associated with the teaching and learning activities within an academic school.
This is an open-ended contract. We are looking to spread hours over a 3-4 day working week. Occasional weekend work will also be required to support student recruitment events.
