As an SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and guidance to students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential and thrive in a nurturing learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
2. Assisting with the implementation of personalized education plans and behavior management strategies.
3. Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
4. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver effective educational and therapeutic interventions.
