Purpose of Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our Building Solutions Team to work on new build and refurbishment projects for the defensive sector.
Job Description
The role will be taking the lead on managing multiple projects across the South of England ranging in values up to £10M.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects across the region within the defence sector.
* Provide project direction, focus and consistency across the project.
* Manage regular interaction with the client.
* Manage performance of sub-contracted delivery teams.
* Financial management of project.
* Review project schedules and budgets.
* Set up and maintain the project risk and issues strategy and processes.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
* SMSTS & NEBOSH.
* NVQ Level 4 or above in Construction Management.
* Experience of managing commercial projects.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Adept at managing costs and sub-contractor performance.
