Job Description: ROLE OVERVIEW/SUMMARY The Digital Implementation Specialist will utilize a consultative sales and educational approach to provide doctors and staff all information required to purchase and utilize Ormco's digital product portfolio. Meet with assigned group of orthodontists, dentists and dental staff on a consistent basis to promote products and services, relate new product information, receive feedback on the company's products and services, and provide in depth training/onboarding. She/He is expected to travel a minimum 50% - 70% (3 days per week in the field) of their time throughout the Midlands and North UK (incl. Scotland) to call on established and prospective customers to increase product utilization, or to qualify them as prospects for the company. The Digital Sales Implementation Specialist is responsible to maintain a set number of meetings per day, week and month in order to grow sales vs prior year and increase brand awareness. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark business of Envista. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - You will be the go-to person for Ormco's Spark Aligners in your designated territory. - Manage existing customer accounts to provide a consultative partnership on their aligner strategy and support growth for both the business and the customer. - Expand market share by acquiring new business prospects providing detailed overview on features and benefits of Spark Aligners vs Competitor brands, support implementing Spark into the practice's digital workflow, train all staff within the practice on clinical and commercial aspects of Spark and implement marketing support within the practices (marketing materials provided by Ormco). - Be given the autonomy to run L&L's, as well as Study Clubs, with selected KOL's within UKI, to build out brand awareness, whilst being compliant with Envista's Policies. - Work in partnership with your Ormco Territory Managers who will share the same territory as yourself to maximize customer experience and success. - When needed, support customers efficiently with problem solving mindset to overcome obstacles and challenges. - Be willing to travel across territory including overnight stays if required to meet quota. - Be empowered to work inline with the Envista CIRCLe Values (Customer Centricity, Innovation, Respect, Continuous Improvement, Leadership) with customers and internal colleagues. - Provide quantitative and qualitative insights into the aligner market for your region working with the Ormco UK Strategy in frequent overview meetings with UKI Manager.
