We have an initially temporary FLT Operative role available within Besblock Limited Telford site. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills, punctuality, safety consciousness, and proficiency as an FLT Driver.
Role: FLT Operative
Location: Besblock Limited - Heslop, Halesfield 21, Telford, Shropshire, TF7 4NF
Rate: £13.50 per hour
Overtime: £18.39 per hour, paid after 40 hours and for Saturdays and Sundays
Shift Patterns: Mon to Fri, 6AM - 6 PM, 12 hours a day shift
Contract length: Ongoing contract initially for 3 months with possibility of going permanent
Responsibilities:
1. Loading 850kg bags onto trailers
2. Operating a 2.5 and 3 tonne Forklift effectively and safely at all times
3. Carrying out duties assigned within the unit's daily tasks
4. Adhering to Health and Safety procedures at all times
Essential Requirements:
1. Full Driving Licence
2. Valid Counterbalance Licence
3. Ideally with a clamp licence but can train as well
4. Experience in machine operating
5. Proficiency in operating various machinery
6. Skilled in performing manual labor tasks
