Reporting to the Operations Manager / Director, the successful candidate will be required to actively manage the relationship and performance of our water hygiene customer contract, ensuring compliance, focusing on KPI performance, proactively dealing with potential customer issues and liaising with the internal Management team to ensure contract delivery along with supporting and managing our inhouse water hygiene engineers along with specialist sub-contractors. You will be working alongside likeminded and supportive colleagues in order to provide a great customer service. Duties Conduct technical water hygiene tasks supporting both the client and inhouse engineering team. Respond efficiently to all enquiries and potential sales enquiries Develop, expand and maintain the Company’s business with its existing customers ensuring they are fully aware of the services provided by the business. Effective and on time servicing of the customer accounts for which the Account Manager is responsible including Water Treatment weekly/Monthly visits, when appropriate. Work to ensure LCA standards are met across all sites. Carry out Competency Assessments for the WH Engineering team and assist in the training and develop of the team. Proactively manage customer accounts ensuring they are compliant and profitable. Conduct regular client/contract review meetings and contract audits and manage contract renewals. Experience as a Water Hygiene Manager or similar role– At least 2 years in a relevant waster hygiene role. Legionella Awareness Training, City & Guilds water industry certifications and other relevant qualifications. Good level of computer skills, ability to use PDA/Compliance system for reporting. Goof level of knowledge working with and using Excel and Word and CRM/ Quoting system. Postive attitude and work ethi Detailed understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 parts 1,2,3. (Essential) Ability to make recommendations from job reports and risk assessments with knowledge and experience in water hygiene and treatment. Experience in analytical service visits for closed systems and from lab results. Clean UK Driving License. Clean DBS Record.
