QA Manager required for a growing data-driven software business, based in Central Manchester, paying up to £45K + Benefits with Hybrid working.
This role best suits someone hands-on looking to move into a Test Lead or QA Manager role, as I realise for an experienced Leader this salary is on the low side - I can explain more if this sounds of interest.
Hybrid working: this is a new role working closely with senior leaders; implementing test strategies and we are therefore hoping for 3 days on site to define this invested area, and pull teams together.
As a hands-on QA Manager / Lead Test Engineer role you will be integral in instilling clear test approaches, test plans and working with a high-quality software engineering team to build out an established, yet small, designated testing function.
This is an API data-driven B2B Software Solution, with an already established and large client list - hence now able to fully invest in their QA.
You will walk into a fantastic, collaborative, and test-driven environment, looking to improve all areas - Web, Data, Mobile, API, Data, Security - as well as the potential for automation testing.
Supported by an up-to-date tech stack, and investment from senior leadership, they are keen to continue to future-proof software delivery and their best-in-class software solutions.
The initial QA Team will be the QA Manager and a Junior Tester (Who will need your support, guidance and experience, however they are there to support you, as well as learn from you.)
This is a team-focused business where a successful and happy team is a high-performing team. This has resulted in continuous growth, even through these challenging periods.
