In addition specific administrative support to: Help manage the day to day running of the Trust charity STS Charity. The Assistant Trust Secretary in relation to management of freedom of information requests and also Foundation Trust membership database management. Other senior managers and functions if required. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills. They will be flexible and able to work on their own initiative in resolving problems when they arise and with a consistently high professional approach. Experience of managing diaries and minute taking is essential as is being able to deal with sensitive matters in a discrete and confidential way. The post holder may also be required to cover during periods of annual leave for the Personal Assistant to the Director of Corporate Affairs and Legal.
