As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Donor Relations Manager to join our Operations team within the wider Development and Alumni Relations function. As Donor Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing new donor recognition and stewardship initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for demonstrating the impact of philanthropic donations, fostering a culture of giving and enhancing the donor experience at all levels. Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage high-profile donor stewardship events, including the Global Leadership Council meetings, Rewley Dinner, Dean’s Circle thank-you events and bespoke major donor engagements.
2. Produce the annual Impact Report and bespoke reports for major donors.
3. Organise donor relations workshops and training sessions, both internally and externally.
4. Line manage the Development Administrator, overseeing performance, appraisals and professional development.
You will have a strong background in donor care, marketing or communications. You should demonstrate expertise in producing stakeholder reports, event management and creating compelling content, particularly for HNWIs. A clear understanding of stewardship and its role in major gift fundraising is essential.
