As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction at one of our entertainment venues in Hemel Hempstead.
About the Role:
* Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the venue, including staff management, customer service, and sales
* Work closely with the site director to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent senior position within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
Salary and Benefits:
