A well-established UK housebuilder is seeking a highly skilled Head of Commercial to join their dynamic team in the North Region. This senior leadership role will be pivotal in guiding the commercial direction, with a focus on cost management across all stages of residential developments. The Head of Commercial will play an integral role in the strategic development of the regional business and help drive financial success across multiple projects.
