Job Description:
Role Purpose: This role is ideal for an experienced, impactful client-facing project manager who is comfortable leading and being accountable for delivering a SaaS product at scale. You'll be empowering and leading a team to maximise our clients' potential use of Dynamic Planner!
Effectively communicate team progress in all relevant forums, developing stakeholder confidence through learning the Dynamic Planner product set, developing your understanding of the Financial Advice domain, and making a great contribution within our delivery team. In addition:
1. Deliver Tactical and Strategic intent of client contracts
2. Coordinate Client Implementation and professional service activities
3. Accountable for client implementation project budget and governance
4. Leading planning and implementation of both internal and external projects to achieve organisational targets
5. Manage and lead complex/large scale initiatives that span one or multiple business functions
6. Full project lifecycle ownership: with success including full implementation from initiation to deployment for one or several initiatives simultaneously
7. Empower and lead cross-functional teams to maximise their potential
8. Client and Third-Party management (at Senior Management level) on applicable projects
9. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
10. Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
11. Effectively communicate project status and progress in all relevant forums developing stakeholder confidence
KPIs and Measures:
1. Projects delivered within agreed time and cost and deviations managed through change management process
2. Maximise professional services revenues while ensuring the above two
3. Statement of Work Project plans, RAID log
4. Professional respect of stakeholders and clients
Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience):
1. 5+ years of experience in cross-functional SaaS Implementation and client delivery
2. Experience in large scale (25+) locally and remotely dispersed indirect resource pools
3. Proven experience in owning Professional Service (PS) revenue generation
4. Ability to shape projects (both green-field and progressive projects)
5. Client and Stakeholder Management
6. Leadership, creative thinking, decision-making, accountability, determination to succeed, team player
7. Wealth Management domain knowledge would be advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
8. Flexibility to support European travel in support of business initiatives is a requirement of the role
Education & Qualifications:
1. Degree level education
2. Project management certification
Key Responsibilities:
1. Become the glue between Account, Client and Delivery functions
2. Provision of client change requests and qualified yes/no (managed via Product, Contracts, Changes etc.)
3. Unite all supporting functions to ensure clear message/direction to deliver solution to client
4. Provide ownership and governance for Client based initiatives including but not limited to Bids/Contract and Client Implementations
5. Providing clear handover to Account and Support services post implementations
6. Focus on delivering benefits into Clients, Users and enabling Account/Product Teams to evolve the relationship, embedding ourselves into their business processes
7. Push to deliver a focused professional service solution for the client(s), and enabling the relationship to support increase in revenue and reliance on Dynamic Planner
8. Work with customer success managers to enable them to manage the account, enable Account & Customer Success Managers to focus on the user base pushing improvements, upgrades and up/cross sell the product
9. Work with/close collaboration with Commercial, PreSales & Account teams
10. Support/guide/lead Account and Customer Success Managers through all clients early and late lifecycle phases- engagement, retender and end of life
11. Manage risk, issues, and dependencies of the projects
12. Commercial management at appropriate level
13. Contractual awareness when supporting external clients/third parties
14. Provide visibility and progress of the projects against the plan to all stakeholders
