Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant for work on a site in Newcastle. The length of the contract is 2 months work to start ASAP.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* The role of Facilities Assistant will be located at the front desk, you will be the first point of contact for external visitors, you will also be responsible for managing visitors, answering the phone, dealing with queries and management of the online parking portal.
* Familiarity with operating in a professional, competent, and safe manner, on a continuous basis and in line with contractual policies and procedures
* Maintaining meeting rooms to a high standard
Checking equipment
* Arranging hospitality
The pay rate offered is £13 p/hour
Working hours are Monday to Friday
