We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Programme Administration Team. As a Programme Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused support to students and academic staff, helping to shape an exceptional student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Student and Programme Support:Provide efficient and accurate administrative support for programme delivery and assessment, ensuring all student data is recorded and maintained to a high standard.
* Customer-Focused Service:Act as the first point of contact for student and academic queries, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
* Process Efficiency:Work collaboratively with the Programme Administration team to support and improve administrative processes that enhance the student and academic experience.
* Team Collaboration:Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a cohesive and productive team environment.
