We are currently working with a leading Facilities Management service provider to recruit a Hard Services Manager to work across a portfolio of public sector healthcare contracts in the Oxford area.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role will provide leadership and expertise to the site-based technicians and management of specialist sub-contractors, ensuring legislative and HTM compliance is met through both Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance across the Estate.
Candidate requirements:
1. Mechanical and/or electrical qualification.
2. Prior experience of working in a healthcare facility.
3. Experience of team management.
4. Health & Safety Qualification.
5. Qualifications allowing future appointment as AP.
6. Understanding of the following systems:
1. HV & LV distribution systems
2. Medical Gas systems
3. Healthcare ventilation systems
4. Water
7. Experience of TREND BMS systems.
8. Experience of the PFI/PPP model.
9. Competent in the use of computer packages.
