Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Stockport – Basic salary plus uncapped commission and benefitsAs a result of our continued success, as an award-winning recruitment consultancy firm for cybersecurity, we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our highly motivated, passionate and fun team in Central Stockport.We want to work with and develop the best and brightest consultants in Europe and as such, offer a highly lucrative commission structure with consultants earning thousands each month. In addition to a basic salary of £18,000 - £23,000 pa.As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:Managing and resourcing your clients and candidates within the cybersecurity market across Europe.Taking responsibility for the full end to end deal recruitment lifecycle.Working alongside colleagues to ensure we place top candidates in the right roles.Completing regular recruitment training sessions to continuously improve your skills and to grow.Reporting to the management team daily. The successful Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experience:Excellent customer service and empathy, with a desire to achieve the best results for your clients / candidates.The determination and hunger to succeed as well as the bravery and resilience to achieve success.A desire to grow and progress within the business whilst also contributing to growth of the business.Highly organised, able to manage your workflow.Willingness to go over and above in every situation.A team player, willing to support and work alongside colleagues (and willing to make a brew or two) These would be a bonus:Fluent French, German or Dutch-speaking and writing skills.Experience with Bullhorn or similar CRMs.Previous recruitment experience.Previous experience in a sales driven environment, high level retail or hospitality or any other customer facing role.Any proficiency in pool or table tennis We believe in mentoring and supporting talented individuals to help you become a world-class recruitment consultant.
