About the Role: As a Graduate Business Development Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving our ambitious growth plans. Working closely with our Managing Director and other members of our senior leadership team, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship. Your Key Responsibilities: Learn & Grow: Develop a deep understanding of our services and market position. Engage & Network: Connect with potential clients through outreach, cold calling, social media, and attending industry events. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our marketing team to develop creative campaigns, and coordinate with our operations team to form tailored client proposals and tender responses. Lead & Succeed: Participate in client meetings, prepare bespoke proposals, and engage in formal bidding processes. What We’re Looking For: Education: A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
