Atlas is seeking an enthusiastic TUPE Advisor to join our existing team. As a crucial member of the Employee Relations (ER) Team, you will provide expert guidance and support on all matters related to TUPE transfers. Your role will ensure smooth transitions during mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing arrangements, safeguarding employee rights and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. This role is based at our beautiful Head Office in Datchet, Slough, SL3 9JT. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end TUPE transfer process, ensuring legal compliance and best practices. Facilitate effective communication and consultation with employees, Trade Unions, and stakeholders throughout the TUPE process. Conduct thorough due diligence to identify potential risks and issues related to employment terms, conditions, and liabilities. Provide expert advice to HR, legal teams, and senior management on TUPE implications, including redundancy, restructuring, and changes to terms and conditions. Prepare and review TUPE-related documentation, including employee liability information (ELI), consultation notes, and transfer agreements. Ensure all TUPE activities comply with UK employment law and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on TUPE activities and outcomes. Address and resolve employee relations issues arising from TUPE transfers, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees. Support the wider HR team with leadership initiatives. Identify opportunities for improving policies and procedures. Assist with Employee Relation cases outside of TUPE as required. Contribute to ad hoc projects as part of the people strategy. Skills & Experience Required: Proven track record in a similar TUPE role within a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-volume environment. Up-to-date working knowledge of UK employment legislation, including TUPE and GDPR. Excellent stakeholder and change management skills. Good analytical and systems skills. Full, clean driving licence and own car. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience in Facilities Management, Cleaning, or Security. Trade Union experience.
