Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8:30am to 2pm Salary guide: £30,000 - £40,000 Company car (Tesla Model 3 or Equivalent) Pension scheme 20 days holidays Account Manager Responsibilities: Manage several existing accounts, with a turnover of £5m, being the first point of contact and nurturing relationships Regularly attend site visits, meeting with existing and potential customers (expected to make 2 visits per week) Handle enquiries from existing and potential customers, gaining an in-depth understanding of their requirements Represent the company at meetings, leading presentations on new and existing products Act as a project lead, working closely with the technical project team to ensure the customer's vision can be achieved Oversee a number of live projects, acting as the liaison between the manufacturing team, technical project team, and customer, ensuring each project meets deadlines and expectations Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offering, enabling you to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and offer expert guidance Successfully close sales, which involves producing cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and supply agreements Account Manager Skills and Experience: Demonstrates first-class sales and account management skills, with previous experience in an account handling or field sales role Technical knowledge, be it through experience or education, needs to be demonstrated on your CV Customer-focused and commercially aware, able to foster close working relationships and identify opportunities, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction Personable, outgoing and unafraid to host meetings and presentations Incredibly motivated, able to work as part of a team and use initiative to work independently Holds a driving license and can travel UK-wide - the successful candidate must be comfortable occasionally having overnight stays Competent user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
