Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care Home (Dartford) – £60,000-£65,000 + Bonus
AAA SOLUTIONS LTD is currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a new Ofsted-regulated children’s home in Dartford. We are looking for someone with a strong background in residential childcare, who has the ability to lead and inspire a team while ensuring the highest standards of care for the children.

If you have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the children’s home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
• Leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring excellent care for children with EBD, SEMH, or LAC
• Managing budgets, staffing, rotas, and overall operational planning
• Undergoing the Ofsted ‘fit person’ interview to officially become the Registered Manager
• Contributing to the development and successful launch of the home (experience in this is desirable but not essential)
• Working on a rota basis, including sleep-in shifts when required
Essential Criteria:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential care setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies, and Children’s Home Regulations 2015
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including sleep-in shifts as part of a rota system
What We Offer:
• Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
