As a Community Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with our players across various social media platforms, Discord, and Steam, fostering strong community relationships, and supporting the team in delivering compelling content. You will work closely with the Senior CSM Team Manager, marketing, and content teams. Together, you will enhance our player engagement, drive excitement for our games, and contribute to their ongoing success.
This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

* Provide input on community engagement strategies and support livestreams.
* Attend gaming events, working on our stand or providing remote social media support.
* Play and research games to understand industry trends and what makes successful PC & Console games.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in community & social media management, preferably in gaming.
* Strong copywriting skills and a good understanding of written and spoken English.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools (preferred but not required).
* Based in our Leamington Spa office with 5 days per week on-site.
