Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Team Lead to join our Technology team at Brakes, a Sysco company. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to end-users and managing a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of engineers to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
* Develop and coach the team to maximize performance and service delivery.
* Coordinate service reviews with local site management teams.
* Produce service reporting documentation packs.
* Provide onsite and remote 2nd line support for end-users.
* Prioritize workload to ensure service levels are maintained.
* Manage and close incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system.
* Proactive replacement of end-of-life assets.
* Provide IT induction for new starters.
* Administer mobile devices via an MDM platform.
* Maintain accurate asset inventory of IT hardware.
* Ensure changes are made in accordance with change management guidelines and policies.
* Provide support to projects as required.
About You:
We are looking for someone with experience in managing a small team, although this is not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards, as well as technical knowledge of Microsoft products, including client operating systems, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
