The Medical Workforce Service provides wrap around support to all our medical staff and operational managers. Each day brings its own challenges, as such you will need to be confident working both autonomously and leading and supporting a small team. You will have the opportunity to work with the Head of Medical Workforce Service supporting on the delivery our strategic priorities, including job planning, medical e-rostering and people digital. The role requires strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
