Job summary We are looking to expand our Phlebotomy service within MYTT. The role will involve working across all 3 sites (Pinderfields, Pontefract and Dewsbury). The post will require some weekend and bank holiday working on a rota system. We provide a phlebotomy service to hospital wards, outpatients, housebound patients and the new Clinical Diagnostic Centre in Wakefield. We are looking for applicants with phlebotomy experience but training will be provided to candidates with the right qualities to join our team. Main duties of the job To collect blood samples from patients in accordance to the Trust's venepuncture and infection control policies and procedures. This will include collecting samples from within the hospital, community clinics and in patient homes.
